By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and to use the Site in accordance with these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy and any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific sections of the Site or to products and services available through the Site or from Kelly McGivern.

We may cancel or terminate your right to use the Site or any part of the Site at any time without notice. In the event of cancellation or termination, you are no longer authorised to access the part of the Site affected by such cancellation or termination. REFUND POLICY
Your purchase of a product or service or ticket to an event may or may not provide for any refund and is at the discretion of Kelly McGivern whether or not a full or partial refund will be provided, taking into consideration what expenses have already been incurred, time taken and services provided. A booking in to a workshop or healing will require a 50% deposit and it is at the discretion of Kelly McGivern if this deposit is refunded in part or in full.
GRIEVANCE POLICY
We recognise that in any environment in which people interact regularly, conflicts, complaints and concerns may arise. These issues may be between individuals, with staff or regarding specific policies or rules. This grievance procedure is in place to ensure you have a process to formally log your complaint or concern, be heard and have an opportunity for resolution. You have the right to begin the Grievance Procedure if you believe that any policy has been unfairly applied to you, or that you have been mistreated by anyone professionally associated with the organisation. All grievances should first be brought to the attention of Kelly McGivern. This is an informal process, just give her a call to discuss on 0410343079. If the issue is unable to be resolved then an external mediator will be engaged to resolve the problem.
RESPECTING INFORMATION PRIVACY
We recognise the importance of protecting personal information. In collecting and handling personal information, we are bound by the Privacy Act, including the Australian Privacy Principles (“APPs“), and applicable privacy regulations.

Kelly McGiven and Sacred Sistah may collect personal information about you including, but not limited to your name, address, phone number, email, gender, occupation, personal interests and any other information provided.
