Come and join me online this Sunday for a journey into self.

Set aside some 'me time', allowing yourself the opportunity to expand your awareness, gain knowledge and achieve balance of mind, body and spirit.

In this workshop you will connect with your 7 main chakras as well as awakening your Earth Star and Soul Star chakras.

Throughout this workshop you will:

- Learn about the chakras & where and why we hold energetic blockages.

- Experience and participate in processes to come to know yourself more deeply.

- Be guided through loving meditations to journey deep into your energy bodies.

- Participate in ceremony whilst being held in a safe and sacred space.
