We will be working with the 7 main chakras and also the Earth Star and Soul Star chakras. Throughout this workshop you will:

• Learn about the chakras and where and why we hold energetic blockages.
• Create a connection with your crystals.
• Experience and participate in process to come to know yourself more deeply.
• Be guided through loving meditations to journey deep into your energy bodies.
• Participate in ceremony and group healing whilst being held in a safe and sacred space.
